Returns Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us using the details above.
